Account & Authentication
How do I connect my TikTok account?
When you launch the application, you'll be guided through TikTok's official OAuth authentication process. This opens a secure TikTok login page where you can authorize our application. We never see or store your TikTok password.
Is my TikTok account safe?
Yes, absolutely. We use OAuth 2.0, the industry-standard protocol for authorization. Your password is never shared with us. You can revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.
Can I disconnect my account?
Yes! You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time either through our application or directly in your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions."
Video Uploads
What video formats are supported?
We support the same video formats that TikTok accepts, including MP4 and MOV files. Videos should meet TikTok's specifications for optimal upload quality.
Is there a limit on video uploads?
Upload limits are determined by TikTok's API policies. We recommend following TikTok's community guidelines and avoiding excessive uploads to prevent account issues.
Are my videos stored on your servers?
No. Your videos are never stored on our servers. When you upload a video, it goes directly from your computer to TikTok's servers. We act only as a facilitator for the upload process.
What happens if an upload fails?
Our application includes automatic retry functionality. If an upload fails due to network issues, the app will attempt to retry. You'll receive notifications about the status of your uploads.
